The deal
You get an account to run a Senior Night: collect details from families, build graphics and ceremony materials, and download them. During early access this costs nothing. Files you download are yours to print and share for your event.
Your responsibilities
Only upload logos, mascots and photos you have the right to use. Only send family links to the actual families. Review the announcer script before it’s read aloud — AI drafts are suggestions, and what gets said on the night is your call. Don’t use the product for anything other than honoring students.
Ours and yours
The content you and families provide stays yours. The software, design system and templates stay ours. The materials generated for your event are yours to use for that event without restriction.
The honest fine print
Early-access software can have rough edges. We work to keep everything available and correct — download your Final Ceremony Pack ahead of the night rather than counting on venue Wi-Fi. The service is provided as-is; our liability is limited to the amount you paid us, which during early access is zero. Events you’ve started always finish on the terms they started with.
